While the cover of Soviet Soviet’s debut album (Fate, available November 11th through Felte) looks like the synth-guided soundtrack to that new Sandra Bullock movie, it’s actually got nothing to do with Tangerine Dreaming, on such a winter’s day. More like staring down the barrel of a Cold War-era transmission from the great beyond.
