Black Lips Share Lead ‘Underneath the Rainbow’ Single, “Boys in the Wood”

So we’re not sure what to think of “Boys in the Wood,” the horn-laced, relatively subdued lead single from Black Lips’ latest album. Considering the company (Dap Kings music director Tommy Brenneck and Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney both helped out behind the boards) they kept during the making of Underneath the Rainbow, it’s hard to tell whether the song is a sign of Atlanta’s bad boys finally settling down, or if Vice simply wants to spark their campaign with a slow burner.

Either way, consider us intrigued…
