If the last HTRK LP—2011’s Work (Work, Work) was a meditation on being uncomfortably numb, Psychic 9-5 Club is the point where the Australian duo shacks off their shackles and raises their respective heart rates a bit. In the case of “Blue Sunshine,” that means a beat-lined ballad that would sound fantastic in the middle of a moonlit DJ set, with Sade creeping up on one side and a gloomy Everything But the Girl remix edging its way over ever-so-closely on the left.
