It’s been a minute since we last featured the WEDIDIT collective with an lengthy cover story, and we’d like to change that real quick with the latest video from Swan Lingo’s debut album Wonder What. In case you missed its low-key drop last month, it’s prime WEDIDIT material, with the heart-tugging singer/producer stepping right into the limelight alongside light assists from the DC native’s LA-based labelmates.

“Working with all the homies from WEDIDIT is so easy and feels like family,” Swan Lingo said in a Ones to Watch interview. “I was staying with Shlohmo and D33J while I was out in LA, so [Shlohmo] and I made our track in the house which was a really chill, perfect vibe. The track with D33J and I came together after one of the usual late night sessions at the WEDIDIT studio. Same thing with Groundislava. Each of them adds something different to the sound that I’ve
been wanting to incorporate.”

Check out the official clip for “Wonder What” below, along with some thoughts from its co-director, Trey Lyons….

This video was a lot of fun to make. Swan is hands down one of my favorite people to work with. His energy is incredible, and even in 20 degree weather he was still jumping around in the middle of Saint Marks with a wig on. One of a kind.
