Skream Finally Finishes His Second Solo Album, ‘Outside the Box’

Skream‘s never-ending string of singles, remixes and Skreamizm EPs will finally come to a head on July 26, as the 24-year-old dubstep icon expands his horizons with Outside the Box. His second proper LP includes dashes of drum ‘n’ bass (“Reflections,” co-written with dBridge and Instra:mental), hip hop (“8-Bit Baby,” featuring Murs) and what’s being described as “dreamy electronica” (“Perferated”) and “dark and tribal” (“Finally,” featuring La Roux) by the producer’s UK publicist. We say that because the record’s being kept under wraps for now. What we do have after the jump, however, is a streaming version of Skream’s BBC-endorsed new single (“Listenin’ To the Records On My Wall”) and the album’s track list.
