Sunn O))) co-founder Stephen O’Malley helped the De Hallen Haarlem gallery open their Dread exhibition last Friday, lending his tectonic guitar textures to a group show that “explores how artists seize this ominous expectation of the future as a productive source for their work.”
“[It’s] a minimal recording but will give you an idea of what I am doing with those amplifiers,” O’Malley wrote on his site after making a mono recording available (see below). “Was a great venue and a great audience!
